These watermelon radish tartines come together in just 5 minutes with 5 ingredients! Slices of crusty bread are layered with swirls of cream cheese, thinly sliced watermelon radishes, chives, and flaky sea salt. These open-faced vegetarian sandwiches are great for a quick snack, appetizer, or light lunch!
Ingredients

- 1 thick slice of bread, such as sourdough
- 3-4 tablespoons cream cheese, regular or vegan
- 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
- 1-2 teaspoons thinly sliced chives
- flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Toast your bread to your liking.
Spread the cream cheese over the bread then layer on the slices of radish. Sprinkle the chives over the top and season with flaky sea salt.

- This makes 1 serving so feel free to multiply it as needed! Or, you can make miniature versions for an appetizer spread.
